- Former Rep. David Flagg, Vice Chair of the Governing Board, Suwannee River Water Management District, will deliver an overview of Water Management Districts and their Governing Boards
- Carlos Herd, Senior Hydrogeologist, Suwannee River Water Management District, will talk about springs protection and minimum flows and levels of our rivers and ground water
